We stay close to our customers, to garantee them RESPONSIVENESS, QUALITY and SERVICE. The Fidel Fillaud Group has a network of 6 distribution agencies across France (Altantic Coast, Paris and North of France, Alsace-Lorraine, Rhônes-Alpes, Mediterranean Coast, South-West) and 1 in Belgium (Benelux). That represents 25,000 square metres of storage space, more than a hundred employees and a stock list of about 3,000 items.

Stock and responsiveness We set our customers free from storage constraints by garanteeing an optimum delivery speed - on average 72 hours. This is the double challenge that Fidel Fillaud take up daily from our 6,000 customers in greatly varied sectors including cheminals, paints, health and beauty, and foodstuffs. Every day more than 300,000 items leave the shelves of our warehouses, part of the 20 million items we have in stock in 3,000 lines.

As well as the closeness of our customers, our decentralised organisation allows us to support them in principal and in practice. We are able to work on research and development in close collaboration with our suppliers to meet the most detailed demands ond give personal advice. This closely-knit organisation has a single aim: to help in your development by optimising the management of your packaging.

More than half a century of experience
The compagny was founded in 1929 in Nantes by Henri Fillaud, barrels and wine-vats. Then, in the 1960s, FILLAUD diversified by setting up a large-scale boilermaking shop for its customers - winemakers and industrialists.

One trade to another In 1962 Henry Fillaud responded to the crisis in the cooperage industry by creating a business selling packaging for local food producers. This new activity rapidly delevoped over the years, until our family business became France's leading provider of metal and plastic packaging.
